Dear Revelers,

The Houston Caribbean Festival (HCF) sincerely apologizes for having to relocate the Parade of the Bands event. While we aimed to bring the vibrant festivities back to Tom Bass Park, ongoing inspections have revealed that the amphitheater will undergo major repairs and may not be ready by July 7th. After extensive discussions with the authorities, we concluded that moving to a safer and more reliable location was the best option.

Now for the good news! We considered your concerns and found an even better venue that offers a more diverse crowd, ample shade, excellent parking, secure routes, and more. Independence Park in Pearland, Texas, provides all the amenities for a family-
oriented and fun-filled carnival.

HCF extends heartfelt thanks to everyone for your understanding and continuous support, and a big THANK YOU to our sponsors for navigating this situation with us. We are also grateful to the City of Pearland for their warm welcome.
